At Creator OS, we provide digital products including guides, templates, toolkits, planners, and downloadable resources.

Digital Product Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once a purchase has been completed and the product has been delivered or made available for download.

Because digital products can be accessed immediately after purchase, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Downloaded digital products
  • Accidental purchases
  • Change of mind
  • Failure to read product descriptions
  • Lack of technical knowledge required to use the product
